I was so excited to try this mask, but it gave me hyperpigmentation within a week. I’m not predisposed to hyperpigmentation/melasma so I was quite shocked.

When I contacted Formula Fig about this they said that since it was opened I wasn’t eligible for return or exchange. Given the circumstances I would expect some leniency. This damaged my skin (in a much more dramatic way than a breakout) and they don’t care.

Pretty disappointed in this business. Omnilux has a reasonable return policy, anyone who wants this mask should purchase directly from them.

Every time I use this mask the red marks on face are significantly reduced!!!
