To book an appointment, you have three options: use the BOOK NOW feature above, email our Guest Concierge Team, or call us at +1 888 848 1970.

We require a 4-hour cancellation or appointment adjustment notice on facial treatments and a 24 hour cancellation notice on injectable appointments. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our Guest Concierge team at +1 888-848-1970 or email hello@formulafig.com. 

Facial appointments canceled outside of our policy will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Injectable appointments canceled outside of our policy will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Thank you for considering other members and our team. We can’t wait to see your face.

Of course! We’re all for maximizing time and efficiency. We love booking facial treatments back-to-back to get more time in the pod (and more benefits).  If you’d like to add Stingers or Rejuvenate + Plump to your facial or vice versa, no problem — we’ll start with the facial and follow with the Stingers or Rejuvenate + Plump treatment.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and we will do everything we can to fit you in without disrupting other appointments. We can also prioritize your appointment for the next available time or schedule a new one for you. 

If you are running late, please give us a call at +1 888 848 1970 to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to drop into your local Fig Bar anytime. However, at busier times such as weekends we do recommend booking an appointment to ensure we save you a pod.

Skincare should work around your schedule. All Fig Bar locations are open daily from 8am - 8pm. Book your next treatment here.

We believe facials should fit into everyone's schedules. Times vary depending on each treatment:

Core + Supers Facials: 30 minutes
Stingers and Rejuvenate + Plump: up to 30 minutes

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that all guests arrive at the Fig Bar at least 10 minutes before their scheduled start time. Additionally, we ask that all guests complete their treatment waivers prior to their arrival. Alternatively, you will receive an email with the waiver to fill out before your treatment.

Absolutely! Call our Guest Concierge Team at +1 888 848 1970 and we’ll find a time to fit you all in. For each new guest, we require the following information to create a Fig profile and secure booking: first name, last name, email, and cell.

Please avoid retinoids, chemical peels or other facial lasers for at least two weeks before your treatment. Botox or dermal fillers should also be avoided for at least two weeks before your treatment. Isotretinoin treatment or drugs in a similar class (i.e Accutane) should not have been taken within the last 12 months. Avoid skin recovering from a cosmetic procedure. Our thoughtfully curated treatment menu, rigorous training process, and thorough medical charting means you don’t have to wait for a “favorite” Skin Educator or Doctor.Each team member has been highly trained to provide consistent results through our Fig Method of treatment. If you do want to request someone specific, we recommend emailing or calling our Guest Concierge team on +1 888-848-1970.

To enjoy a seamless experience, you can add your credit card to your account. Rest assured that you won't be charged until after your treatment or purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Your credit card will be charged at checkout, following your treatment. You may choose to use the card on file, or pay via another method.

Yes. All Fig gift cards represent a monetary value and can be used towards Treatments or Products, in-Fig Bar, and online. To use your physical or digital gift card in-Fig Bar, please make sure you bring it with you when you visit us. To use your physical gift card online, please ask our Guest Concierge Team to transfer the balance over to a digital gift card for you.

We require your credit card information to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment. You may still pay with a gift card or another method after your treatment at the Fig Bar. If you wish to do so, please let us know when you check out.

We like children, we have children, but due to Fig being a medical establishment we cannot accommodate small children in the Fig Bar during treatments. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we want you to share your skin confidence with a friend! All you need to do is ask your friend to tell us that you referred them, either when they book or when they arrive at the Fig Bar for treatment. You will both receive $10 off your treatment or product. Have many skin-care enthusiast friends? No problem. There are no limitations to the amount of people you want to share the #GiveaFig experience with.
