How do I know which membership is right for me?

What is the minimum membership commitment?
Formula Fig memberships require a six-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. After six months, you can continue month-to-month, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time by contacting Guest Concierge.
What products are discounted for memberships?
Formula Fig members get a discount (10% for Basic, Classic, and Advanced; 15% for Ultimate and All Access) on nearly all skincare products, with three exceptions: Vintner's Daughter, EPI.LOGIC, and gift cards.
Is there a membership that is safe while pregnant?
Yes — the Basic Membership ($85/month) is Formula Fig's pregnancy-safe option, alternating monthly between Hydrate + Glow and LED + Lymphatic facials. Let your Skin Educator know you're pregnant at check-in so your treatment can be adjusted.
Can I change my membership tier?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Formula Fig membership tier at any time. Contact Guest Concierge by phone or email, or speak to the Guest Experience team in person at your next Fig Bar visit.
Can I upgrade my monthly facial?
Yes, members can upgrade their monthly facial to try a different treatment. You only pay the price difference between your membership fee and the member price of the upgraded facial.
Can I use two facials at once for a one-hour treatment?
Yes. To combine two facials into one one-hour treatment, email member@formulafig.com and the team will coordinate the appointment.
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up for a Formula Fig membership online at formulafig.com or in person at any Fig Bar. Many guests book a facial first, consult a Skin Educator to pick the right tier, then start their membership before checkout so it covers that same visit.
Can I use my membership in both Canada and the United States?
Yes, a Formula Fig membership purchased in Canada can be used at U.S. Fig Bar locations (and vice versa) for a flat cross-border fee of $30 USD per visit.
When do I get billed?
Formula Fig automatically charges the card on file on either the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your sign-up date. You can book your monthly facial anytime — billing isn't tied to your appointment date.
How do I update the credit card information associated with my membership account?
You can update your Formula Fig membership's credit card information directly through the online booking system, or by emailing member@formulafig.com.
Can I have more than one facial a month?
Yes, members can book additional facials beyond their monthly credit at the discounted member price. All Access members already receive four complimentary facials per month.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes, Formula Fig lets members freeze their membership for up to three months per year — ideal for extended travel or vacations.
How do I cancel my membership?

What is the difference between my monthly membership fee and member pricing?
Your monthly membership fee credits one facial (or four, for All Access) to your Fig profile each month. Member pricing is the separate, discounted rate charged for any additional treatments beyond that monthly credit.
Is there a minimum age requirement for memberships?
Formula Fig requires members to be at least 13 years old. A parent or legal guardian must sign the membership agreement for minors and should accompany them to the Fig Bar for check-in and check-out when possible.
Which membership is best for teenagers?
The Basic ($85/month) or Classic ($95/month) membership is best for teenagers, depending on skin goals — both offer gentler, foundational facials. See Formula Fig's minimum age requirement policy for signup details.
How do I use my member guest pass?

How does the referral program work?

If I don't make it for my monthly facial, do I lose my facial credit?

Can I share my perks with family and friends?
