MICRONEEDLING + PDRN

The Longevity Treatment

Member: $475Drop-in $550

Microneedling with PDRN supports skin rejuvenation, visibly refining texture and reducing the appearance of fine lines.

What It Is

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels at a targeted depth, initiating the skin’s natural wound-healing response and supporting collagen and elastin production over time. A PDRN, exosome, and peptide serum is applied as the microchannels are created, followed by a PDRN and peptide gel mask and LED light therapy. Results develop progressively across a treatment series. Please arrive without makeup.

Pre-Treatment

Before Your Visit

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup.
  • Allow at least two weeks after neuromodulator or dermal filler injections. Inform your practitioner of any recent facial surgery.
  • Avoid shaving, waxing, depilatory creams, electrolysis, and laser hair removal in the treatment area for five to seven days.
  • Pause topical retinoids, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide, scrubs, and other irritating actives for five to seven days. Consult your practitioner before changing prescribed skincare.
  • Avoid tanning, excessive sun exposure, and self-tanner on the treatment area for one week. The skin must be free of self-tanner at your appointment.
  • Treatment will be postponed if the treatment area is sunburned, infected, irritated, or has open wounds, severe acne, severe rosacea, active eczema, or psoriasis.
  • Microneedling should not be performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or within six months of isotretinoin use.
  • Disclose any history of keloid scarring, autoimmune or collagen vascular disease, scleroderma, poorly controlled diabetes, immunosuppression, or a bleeding or clotting disorder. Written medical clearance may be required.
  • Disclose all medications and supplements, particularly anticoagulants, antiplatelet medications, NSAIDs, and immunosuppressants. If medically appropriate, avoid aspirin and NSAIDs, including ibuprofen and naproxen, for 5-7 days. Do not stop prescribed or medically necessary medication without approval from the prescribing clinician.
  • Inform your practitioner if you have epilepsy or an implanted electrical device, including a pacemaker, as the LED portion may be omitted.

Post-Treatment

Aftercare

  • Redness, swelling, warmth, tightness, tenderness, dryness, itching, flaking, or rough texture may occur and typically improve within several days.
  • Wash your hands before touching the treated area. Do not rub, scratch, pick, peel, or exfoliate the skin, as this may increase the risk of irritation, infection, scarring, and pigment changes.
  • Do not cleanse the treated area or apply makeup or unapproved skincare for the remainder of the day. Beginning the following day, cleanse gently using lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser.
  • Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours. Pause topical retinoids, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide, scrubs, and other irritating actives for five to seven days, or until the skin has fully recovered.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure, strenuous exercise, excessive sweating, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, swimming, and very hot showers for 72 hours.
  • Beginning the day after treatment, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Continue daily use and minimize direct sun exposure.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
  • Avoid self-tanner on the treated area for seven days.
  • Contact your practitioner if redness, swelling, or discomfort persists or worsens, or if you develop increasing warmth, significant pain, blistering, drainage, pus, or a cold-sore outbreak.
