Memberships are billed monthly. We ask for a six month minimum commitment.
Members receive a discount on all products with the exception of Vintner’s Daughter, OKOKO Cosmétiques, and Gift Cards.
Yes. Our Basic Membership is pregnancy-safe. If you are expecting, you may alternate between the Hydrate + Glow and LED + Lymphatic Facials. For your benefit, please let us know that you are pregnant when you come in for your treatment.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. You can make this request by contacting our Guest Concierge team, or by speaking to our Guest Experience Team in Fig Bar during your next visit.
Yes. This is a great opportunity to try one of our other facials! The upgraded price will be the difference between your monthly membership fee and the member facial price.
Yes, just email member@formulafig.com and we’ll set this up for you.
You can sign up for a membership online or at the Fig Bar. Many guests enjoy booking a facial, and then selecting the right type of membership for their personal skin goals, after consulting with a Skin Educator. We can then begin your membership before you checkout, so that it includes the facial you just received.
If you’ve purchased a membership in Canada and are looking to use it in the United States, you will be charged a flat rate fee of $30 USD.
We’ll keep your credit card on file and automatically bill you on either 1st or 15th of the month. Book your monthly facial whenever it is convenient for you.

Yes. As a member, all additional treatments can be purchased at the membership price. Note that All Access members receive four facials a month.
Taking an extended vacation? You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months each year.

As a member, you'll make a monthly payment that credits your Fig profile one facial each month. The type of facial depends on your membership. For any additional facial treatments, you will receive member pricing.
We have many members who began their skin journey with us during their teenage years. We ask that members be at least 13 years of age. Their membership agreement must be signed by their parent or legal guardian, and we ask that when possible, parents/guardians accompany them to the Fig-Bar for check-in and check-out.
We recommend the Basic or Classic membership based on your personal skin goals and needs. Please also read our FAQ on memberships and minimum age requirements.
Members can gift their complimentary guest pass to anyone who has not yet had a Fig Facial. To gift your guest pass, please contact our Guest Concierge Team by calling +1 888-848-1970 or emailing member@formulafig.com.
Membership facials are non-transferable.
