We will issue full refunds on unused products returned within 14 days of purchase.

Mailed returns purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account. Items purchased via PayPal returned to one of our Fig Bars are eligible for exchange or product credit.

Online exchanges are not supported at this time.

Please note: gift cards are are non-refundable or transferable.

1. Email hello@formulafig.com with the below information. We’ll process your return as quickly as possible.

• Order Number
• Item(s) to be Returned
• Date of Order
• Your Full Name
• Your Full Address and Phone Number

2. Pack your products into a box with the original packing slip and drop off at your local carrier for shipment.

Please allow up to 14 business days for returns processing once your item(s) has been received at the warehouse.
